I'm often asked if there is a place where you can get rid of old electronic goods in the state of Delaware. Good news, there is. Even better news, it's free! Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) has a program that allows residents, schools and non profits to recycle their electronic goods for free at certain recycling sites.
