Autumn! I saw fresh cranberries in the produce isle at the grocery store, a sure sign of fall.  In a moment of weakness, I bought two bags.  (It said to buy two on the package, who am I to argue with the bag?!)  What to do with them..<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/95999793@N00\/4042780907\/\" title=\"Cranberry Orange Pie by RolandJuno, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2732\/4042780907_902765b487.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Cranberry Orange Pie\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nJeff makes this pie every thanksgiving and it&#8217;s absolutely delicious.  A fresh cranberry orange pie.  It&#8217;s early for thanksgiving but what the hell.  And by the way, the pie is half way gone already.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>Cranberry Orange pie<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>by James McNair<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 bag cranberries<br \/>\n1 c. sugar<br \/>\n1.5 T flour<br \/>\n.25 t salt<br \/>\n3 T OJ<br \/>\n2 T minced zest<br \/>\n2 T melted butter<\/p>\n<p>Combine and pour into dish lined with unbaked crust. Egg wash &#038; sugar the top crust.
